We’re still taking it in, but last week we were honoured to be presented with the ‘Menu of the Year’ at the Catey Awards.

As Chet put it …

“I remember walking in to L’Enclume on my first day and seeing three of these beautiful Catey awards lined up next to the anvil and at no point did I think I would have one of my own, with the name of BiBi etched into it.

We have a bit of catching up to do to be able to line them up in quite the same way, but amazing for the whole family here to have our first one in the bag less than 10 months after opening our doors. Thank you to my team at the restaurant and the support from JKS for a really quite memorable opening year!”
